- Screening, shortlisting, negotiation and coordinating with the recruitment process.
- Should be responsible in handling the end to end recruiting process.
- Handling emails, cold calling, arranging interviews, follow-ups etc.
- Willing to take challenges in the recruitment & closing the resources in time.
- Technical recruitment should be a passion and should have built different new technical competencies during their use Creative sourcing methods like Linked-In, Codathons, meetups, internal database, referrals, head-hunting, networking, Tech Blogsetc.
- Aggressive and talented professionals with excellent communication skills. Should be available to join sooner upon selection.
