IT Recruiters –
Graduates with IT background,

6 months to 3 years of experience in IT / IT recruitment field

ITES Recruiters –
Graduates with excellent communication skills
6 months to 3 years of experience in ITES / ITES recruitment
field

Should be willing to Travel
Sales Recruiters –
Graduates with excellent communication skills,
6 months to 3 years of experience in the field of Sales/Insurance or ales/Insurance recruitment,
Go-getter attitude and an interest in pursuing a career in recruitment are welcome.
Job Profile for the above mentioned positions:
1.Analyse and interpret client requirement
2.Conduct search on the requirements received from client
3.Build and maintain candidate database through references, networking
4.Telephonic screening/Interviewing candidates
5.Arranging interviews with prospective clients through key skill selling.
6.Identify and Develop a ‘specialist domain' for self, with respect to the
sourcing activities undertaken at 2COMS
7.Following up on candidate status & discussing offers to be made
Also looking out for:
Team Leaders for our Hyderabad and Pune offices - Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment. Should have handled teams for at least 4-5 months. Must be aggressive and posses excellent communication skills.

1.Handling a team of recruiters catering to diff

2.Communicate with the client regularly and ensure effective
information
sharing
3.Perform tasks required to achieve team targets
4.Take personal responsibility to develop the client as a 2COMS customer
and manage the client so as to perform all activities that may be
required for the same.
5.Assist team members in completion of projects
6.Timely delivery of all the reports
We are also hiring for our Talent Search Team that caters to industries, organizations with bulk recruitment:
Tele Recruiters – Would need to schedule / source candidates through various sources. Need to be able to build relationships, counsel job aspirants for opportunities. Should possess excellent. English communication skills. Exp: 6 months to 1 Yrs (Relevant experience) (Fresher's can also apply)
Recruiters – Will need to understand the requirements of our clients and source the right candidates, head hunt, filter and eliminate them in order to meet the client's requirements. Should possess excellent. English communication skills.
