Our journey to become a leading Recruitment and Staffing Company has been full of hard work and focused approach.

Starting from a Computer Training Center we have not only ventured to different corporate sectors but also intensified our network in the country as a recruiting Company

Dec 2005	Successfully placed 1800+ candidates in all levels out of the total 2800 hired at Wipro Spectramind. Extended our network to Guwahati.
Nov 2005	Inaugurated another office in Hyderabad.
Oct 2005	Inaugurated office in Pimpri. Ventured into the Banking Sector. Started Voice and Accent Training sessions in Kolkata office to train candidates before they appear for an interview for associate level (Voice Process) conducted by our ITES clients.
March 2005	Acquired another office space in Pune.
2004 - 2005	Conducted Campus Recruitment Drives for Wipro BPO and successfully covered 12 states, 400+ colleges and processed 18000 students.
2004	5000 Offers made till 2004 amongst all 4 verticals – ITES, IT, Retail and Telecom.
2004	Became the “Preferred Partner” of Wipro SPECTRAMIND in both Kolkata and Pune. Launched a series of Co-branded advertisements with Wipro Spectramind for hiring talent in cities like Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bhubneswar, Cuttack, Nagpur and other cities
2004	Signed an exclusive recruitment partnership with HUTCHISON Telecom East.
2004	Foray into the Insurance, Telecom and IT.
2003	Inaugurates office in Pune.
2002	Extended its network in East India in cities like Jamshedpur, Bhubneswar, Siliguri, Guwahati, Rourkela, Patna, and Ranchi. Started Franchisee operations at Jamshedpur and Ranchi and a Satellite office at Bhubaneshwar and Siliguri.
2001	900 offers made for various Companies in a span of 1 year (1999 – 2000) Gained the reputation of a Premium Recruiting and Staffing Company of Eastern India.
2000	Became the preferred choice for top companies like GECIS, GE Software Solutions, Wipro SPECTRAMIND, Convergys India, IBM Daksh, MSOURCE and many more.
1999	ESPL went through a re-engineering process by selling off its hardware division - FUTURECOM and launched a new wing – 2COMS, specializing in Recruitment as its core areas of Interest. 2COMS focuses on providing services to cater to its client’s Recruitment and Staffing needs.
1993 - 97	Educom Software Pvt. Ltd. (ESPL) launched its First venture – a Computer training center at New Alipore in Calcutta - with APTECH Ltd and ventured into corporate training with the banner of APTECH to organizations like IFB AGRO, IOL, HOSCH EQUIPMENTS LIMITED, DUNLOP. The management launched another group company - FUTURECOM – that specialized in networking of computer hardware, PCs and other peripheral devices and bagged numerous networking orders from South Eastern Railways, L&T, United Bank Of India. ESPL ventured into the business of Software and Web development to cater to the needs of local clients.
